/Friends are loyal to each other. They stick up for one another, don’t they. Or they should. But in real life, our friends often disappoint us.
Well the good news is — that’s not my Friend Jesus.
As you may recall, FRIEND of God is my WORD for the Year. And recently, I was at a worship concert where the Holy Spirit spoke that exact message to my heart— the God who has my back, Who encloses me all around, Who is my Protector, Who is All-Powerful against any who would harm me — HE is a FRIEND of mine. YES, HE IS!!!
